Welcome!

Born and raised in Louisville I am proud to call Kentucky home and our family loves being in Owensboro. I have a variety of roles: wife, mother, therapist, and life-long learner are the ones most dear to me.  I specialize in working with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, life transitions, and relationship stressors.

I completed extensive training in EMDR, a type of therapy proven effective for treating trauma.  This is one of my favorite clinical approaches, and I love seeing the transformative power of this type of therapy.  Rather than listing other credentials what I’d like to focus on is you. Are you struggling with anxiety or depression? Are you trying to move past shame and feel stuck? Are you weary from trying to balance life’s stressors or juggling expectations others have of you? Are you ready to experience self-acceptance and healing? If this is you, I’d love to meet you and walk with you on your journey to growth and healing.
